Pam’s Party Rentals & Event Planning is now open at their new location of 101 Olive Street, behind The Cheese Corner. Rentals are available for pick up Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 1:00, or can be delivered for a small fee.
Pam’s offers anything you need in the way of rental items for weddings, family reunions, corporate functions, birthdays, anniversaries, grand openings, etc. - tables, chairs, tents, dishes, chafers, table decorations, linens, and various other items used to make an event more unique. She has a wide assortment of colors available in linens, chair covers, and table toppers along with silver punch bowls, cake tiers, flower girl baskets, unity candles, and ring bearer pillow for your wedding, plus various serving pieces for that special dinner party at home. Staffing is also available through Pam’s, such as severs, bartenders, and crew to set-up and tear down your special event.
We now represent the following Hot Springs venues; The Fordyce Ricks Estate (100 year old estate North of the city, with outdoor pavilion), The Museum Of Contemporary Art (aka The MOCA located in The Ozark bath house), and the historical Hamp Building (located on Ouachita Avenue). Just give us a call to set up an appointment for touring. If you would like to use another venue or location, Pam would be happy to work with you at the location of your choice.
Pam’s event planning service can be contracted at an hourly rate, on a flat fee contract, or a one time consultation fee, depending on how you prefer to structure it. Corporate rates are available for more than one event in a six month period.
